Working with Hawks & Company offers a great opportunity to not only open the door to a great future, but as members of the largest commercial HVAC Service Provider in the U.S. we give you the chance to learn on the job with The EDGE training programs.
Beginning with a formal skills assessment, a participant will receive a customized development plan consisting of:
- 144 online hours per year for up to 4 years
- Classroom hours paired with 2000 hours of on the job earn and learn opportunities each year
- Local and or remote mentorship assistance
We also offer educational modules hosted at partner tech schools and on the job application opportunities of new knowledge gained.
As an experienced or Journeyman Technician you will benefit from The EDGE’s targeted online education courses and participation in various OEM classes.
